US Presidential Election Result Might Lead To Legal Battle

In US President Election, Joe Biden has taken lead by 0.3 % in Major state Wisconsin. In the last election, President Donald Trump had won in this state. As of now, 89 percent of the total votes have been counted out of which Donald Trump has received 1,578,433 while 1,578,433 votes have been given to Joe Biden.

Amid all speculations, some experts are saying this election might end up in a legal battle due to postal ballot. Prominent advocate Barry Richard who had represented George Bush in the Court in the election held in the year 2000 says postal ballot might be the reason of a legal tussle. He said ‘This matter is different. In that Election, the case was based on Ballot design and some legal mistakes. I do not think the Supreme Court will easily accept this matter unless it is necessary

While President Donald Trump claims that he has been victorious, journalists are saying he can not claim his victory at this moment. On Trump’s remark that his opponent are stealing votes, one of the journalists said ‘no evidence of fraud has come to sight and lakhs of the vote to yet to be counted.”
