SSC GD 2018 candidates are seen protesting at Delhi’s outskirts against carelessness in the recruitment process. These candidates claim that despite having cleared the exams and proven to be fit for the post, the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has not yet handed over the appointment letter to them.

The said recruitment was notified in 2018 to fill vacancies in constable general duty or GD posts.

Three years have passed since the beginning of the recruitment process and they are still waiting for the job, say aggrieved candidates.

It is painful to see the agony of those candidates who have exhausted all the attempts and the prescribed age limit required for this job. Without this job, they will not be able to appear for any other recruitment.

SSC is one of the largest recruitment bodies of the government. Every year crores of candidates register for the various exams it conducts.
